Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Shop Team Leader in Beckton to lead and support the store team, ensuring high service standards and smooth daily operations. You will supervise colleagues, maintain shop floor presentation, and drive performance with a hands-on leadership style.

The role includes managing busy periods, coaching staff, and delivering great customer experiences while upholding health and safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• This role and location qualifies for a £3,000 FTE Regional Allowance. This allowance is non-contractual and non-transferable.
• 44 hours per week
