Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support operations at The Leaky Cauldron, a brand-new cafe in The Harry Potter Shop, Oxford Street, London. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, manage waste and drive sales while adhering to Aramark guidelines and hygiene standards.

The role offers full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours, pension and life assurance, generous annual leave, and access to employee benefits, including wellbeing support and a free meal

Responsibilities

• Supporting operational management and financial performance of the site.
• Ensure waste management processes are in place.
• Champion excellent customer service and implement customer communication tools to build sales.
• Support implementation of schemes including new products, planograms, procedures and menu specifications, ensuring adherence to Aramark guidelines and brand standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with Aramark Hygiene and Safety requirements.
• Lead the team performance to meet KPIs.

Situated within a prestigious retail space The Harry Potter Shop Oxford Street, London. Key Responsibilities

• Supporting operational management and financial performance of the site.

• The ability to drive projects at pace, with exceptional attention to detail and flair
• Professionalism and the ability to present and report on relevant business information
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
