Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel is seeking a proactive Team Leader for its Banqueting Operations Team on a casual basis, with an immediate start. You will drive memorable five-star service and energize a dynamic events environment opposite Marylebone station.

As a Team Leader, you will run functions, ensure service quality, and collaborate with other departments to deliver flawless events for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or events.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run banqueting rooms during functions and ensure service meets standards.
• Escalate and resolve customer complaints promptly with the line manager.

We are currently looking for a passionate Team Leader, to join our Banqueting Operations Team on a casual basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Team Leader, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To run the banqueting rooms when a function take place and ensure that the expected service has been achieved during the whole event as per the event Banqueting Event Operations and our standards.
• To ensure that his/her line manager is advised of customer complaints at all times, to deal with or ensure that complaints from customers are dealt with immediately.
• To liaise with all other department in the Hotel when needed to ensure everything related to Banqueting is respected, followed and done on time as per the Banqueting Event Operations and our standards.

You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
