The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager for the In Room Dining team to deliver memorable five-star service to guests and colleagues. Based at our central London property opposite Marylebone Station, this permanent role offers a structured development path.

You will support the In-Room Dining Manager, oversee operations, maintain top food quality and presentation, and help with training, scheduling and cost control to drive guest satisfaction.

We are currently looking for a passionateAssistant Manager, to join our In Room Dining on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As anAssistant Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Support the In-Room Dining Manager in leading and developing the team to deliver exceptional five-star service in line with The Landmark London’s luxury standards.
• Oversee daily in-room dining operations, ensuring timely delivery, impeccable presentation, and personalised guest experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene, and departmental presentation at all times.
• Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs, handling feedback professionally, and creating memorable dining experiences within the comfort of their rooms.
• Assist with team training, staff scheduling, stock control, and cost management to ensure efficient operations and achievement of departmental targets.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and, in any event, not less than 40 hours.
