Ann Summers in Cambridge is seeking a Team Leader to drive exceptional service and sales in-store. You will lead the team to deliver a memorable customer experience, coach and motivate staff to exceed targets, and ensure brand standards are kept high in visuals and presentation.

The role emphasizes people leadership, organisation, and hands-on involvement in daily operations to achieve results and support a thriving retail environment.

We’re on the hunt for a TEAM LEADER in our Cambridge store, someone who is results-driven and absolutely service obsessed! Could that be YOU?

You’ll be accountable for leading the success of the retail team and their performance;

• Stay in the loop; know what's going on in the business, understand what you need to do and be clear on when it needs to be done by - organisation always wins
• Our stores are the window to our brand, be sure to keep the VM on fire and the product looking hot, just as our customers would expect from us!
