Job summary

Ann Summers in Kingston upon Thames is looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to help lead our Kingston store and deliver outstanding sales performance. You’ll champion customer experience, coach the team and ensure store standards shine from floor to VM.

With a commercial mindset and a passion for inclusivity, you’ll drive KPIs, support training, and create a welcoming environment where colleagues feel empowered to excel.
