Job summary

Chopstix in Gateshead is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a fast-paced dining team while upholding exceptional customer service. You will train staff on the Woks, supervise back-of-house operations when needed, and support your manager to drive food quality, sales, and profitability.

With a passion for people, you’ll foster teamwork, deliver a welcoming dining experience, and adapt to late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service background.
• Ability to train on the Woks and supervise back-of-house teams.

We are looking for a Team Leader with a fantastic attitude, and commitment to exceptional customer service. You must be experienced and passionate about delivering delicious food, and be prepared to train on the Woks, so that you can both assist and supervise the back of house teams, as and when required.

You will be the face of the store and assist your manager in leading and inspiring the team, promoting great teamwork to achieve exceptional results in food quality, sales, and profitability. You will put our customers' happiness at the centre of everything you do, providing adining experience packed with flavour, to every customer every time.
