Job summary

Chopstix is seeking a motivated Team Leader to guide a dynamic restaurant team in a fast-paced environment. You will train and supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to delivering delicious food with consistency.

The role centers on leading by example, inspiring the team, and maintaining high standards across service areas. You will be the face of the store, supporting the manager to drive performance, staff development, and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to train and coach a team to deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

We are looking for a Team Leader with a fantastic attitude, and commitment to exceptional customer service. You must be experienced and passionate about delivering delicious food, and be prepared to train on the Woks, so that you can both assist and supervise the back of house teams, as and when required.

You will be the face of the store and assist your manager in leading and inspiring the team, promoting great teamwork to achieve exceptional results in food quality, sales, and profitability. You will put our customers' happiness at the centre of everything you do, providing adining experience packed with flavour, to every customer every time.
