Job summary

Chopstix in Cardiff is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will champion outstanding customer service, train staff on wok techniques, and inspire a dedicated team to deliver consistent quality and efficiency.

As the face of the store, you’ll support the manager, drive teamwork, and focus on people, food quality, and profitability, while keeping our guests happy with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• You will be the face of the store and assist your manager in leading and inspiring the team, promoting great teamwork to achieve exceptional results in food quality, sales & profitability.

We are looking for a Team Leader with a fantastic attitude, and commitment to exceptional customer service. You must be experienced and passionate about delivering delicious food, and be prepared to train on the Woks, so that you can both assist and supervise the back of house teams, as and when required.
