Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork and the team maintains high standards so our customers are kept happy.

You will deputise for management, help organise the team during busy periods, keep the bar safe and compliant, and deliver a warm, memorable guest experience across our Metro Pubs venues.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Ensure the bar operates safely, legally and remains clean at all times.
