Greene King’s Pub & Dining team is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring customers enjoy a welcoming, memorable experience. You will lead by example, coordinate the team, and deputise for management when needed.

Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar, manage peak times, and support staff development while upholding allergen controls and delivering excellent service.

Qualifikationen

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and deliver high-quality service.
• Ability to stay calm and effective during busy periods.
