Job summary

Waythrough in London is seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of Recovery Coordinators within our Service, supporting people through recovery journeys and ensuring high-quality care.

You will assist the Services Manager in delivering services, monitoring performance, and improving processes to meet contractual requirements and KPIs.

You will lead and motivate the team to ensure service users receive the highest standard of care and support throughout their recovery.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing a team of Recovery Coordinators within our Service. You will support the Services Manager in delivering high-quality services, monitoring performance, and improving processes to ensure contractual requirements and KPIs are met.

You will lead and motivate a team of Recovery Coordinators, ensuring service users receive the highest standard of care and support throughout their recovery journey.
