Job summary

Pub & Carvery is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring every team member has what they need to operate smoothly and deliver excellent service. You will drive high standards, support the management team, and train colleagues to maintain a welcoming bar and dining experience.

You’ll lead by example, ensure safety and cleanliness, and handle issues promptly while fostering a positive, guest-focused atmosphere across our pub and carvery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Proven ability to manage a busy shift.
• Strong customer service ethos and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
