Job summary

Greene King in Dundee is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example on busy shifts and ensure the team runs like clockwork. You’ll maintain high standards and keep our customers happy, while supporting the management team to deliver smooth service across periods of high demand.

You’ll oversee service quality, train and coach team members, ensure the bar remains safe, compliant, and welcoming, and handle customer requests with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts for smooth service.
