Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has what it needs to run like clockwork and customers stay happy. You will deputise for management, resolve issues, and model exceptional service with a positive attitude.

With at least 1 year in a similar role, you’ll help organise staff during busy periods, maintain safety and cleanliness, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a welcoming environment. Join us for development and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
