Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift with energy and a service‑first attitude. You’ll ensure the team has what they need and every customer leaves happy, while keeping standards high and ensuring the bar runs smoothly.

You’ll deputise for management, resolve issues quickly, coordinate workloads on busy shifts, and uphold safety, legality and cleanliness. The role offers a competitive salary and pension, plus discounts across our brands and development opportunities within

As a Team Leader, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
