Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse is seeking a Team Leader to guide the team through busy shifts, ensuring service is smooth, standards are high, and customers are kept happy.

You’ll deputise for management, resolve issues quickly, organise and coordinate the team, and keep the bar safe, legal, and clean. A strong eye for detail, excellent English, and a positive can-do attitude are essential to thrive here.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
