What will my role look like?

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate our welcoming Cooplands bakery team! As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager; essentially, you will be the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
