Farmhouse Inns in Crewe is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to guide the bar and hospitality team, ensuring smooth shifts, high service standards and happy customers.

You'll deputise for management, coordinate the team during busy periods, keep the bar safe and compliant, and role-model outstanding guest care across every interaction. You will foster a positive team environment, coach colleagues, and strive for excellence in guest experiences on every shift.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…
