What is the job role? Team Leader – Eric Williams House
Location: Coventry | Hours: 29.5 per week (shifts incl. mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays)

We’re looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our inclusive and supportive team at Eric Williams House, a care home for older adults living with dementia.
You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment, supporting both residents and staff to thrive. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver person-centred care
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents
- Oversee care planning, medication, and day-to-day operations
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community
- Champion equality, inclusion, and safeguarding in everything you do

- Experience in health or social care (especially with older people or dementia)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- A positive, inclusive leadership style and strong communication skills
- A commitment to creating a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds
