Team Leader – Eric Williams House

We’re looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our inclusive and supportive team at Eric Williams House, a care home for older adults living with dementia.

You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment, supporting both residents and staff to thrive. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver person-centred care

  • Oversee care planning, medication, and day-to-day operations
