Job summary

Costa Coffee in Chippenham is looking for a Team Leader to cover 30 hours per week on a permanent contract. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, helping to lead a busy store and deliver great coffee and customer service.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence while adapting to rota-based changes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.
