Job summary

Costa Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader for the Longwell Green store. This 30-hour-per-week, permanent role involves leading a small team, training new Baristas and maintaining high standards of service and coffee quality.

Shifts run between 05:00 and 19:00, with weekend work and rota-based scheduling. You’ll energise the team, communicate clearly and adapt to changing demands while delivering friendly, efficient customer service.

Store opening hours are 6:00am to 6:30pm. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis and may be worked at any time during these hours, including weekends.

This is a 30hr per week vacancy with shift patterns within the hours of 05:00-19:00, flexibility and weekend working is expected.
