Job summary

Costa Dunball Taunton is hiring a Team Leader for Dunball Bristol Rd DT. This 18-hour-per-week permanent role focuses on leading a small, energetic team during shifts and delivering great service.

As a Team Leader you’ll train baristas, motivate the team, maintain high standards of coffee quality and service, and adapt to changing store needs. Costa offers a 50% discount on food and drink and values a supportive, inclusive workplace. Flexible shifts are available.
