Job summary

Asda Eastleigh is looking for a Team Leader to run daily department operations and mentor colleagues on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, support staff, manage stock, and ensure customers receive the best possible service. You’ll work closely with your manager to uphold high standards and keep the team motivated.

Role offers 36 hours per week at £14.10 per hour, with a permanent contract. Expect weekends/evenings and access to benefits like store discount and pension.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
