Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily operations, support the management team, and motivate staff across shifts in a fast-paced discount retailer environment.

You will lead by example, ensure shelves are stocked, and help the store run smoothly while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to prioritise and lead by example on the shop floor.
• Strong focus on delivering great customer service.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to follow store standards and targets.

Responsibilities

Package Salary & Hours £32,032 FTE 44 hours per week Employee Benefits Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service.
