Job summary

Home Bargains in Letchworth is seeking a Team Leader to work 44 hours per week in a fast-paced retail setting. You will lead by example, support your team and ensure the store runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

The role involves guiding staff on daily priorities, coaching colleagues, and delivering great customer experiences. You will help maintain merchandising standards, safety, and a welcoming store atmosphere for every shopper.

Qualifications

• Have experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Be confident supporting colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate the following key skills and behaviours:Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks effectively; A strong focus on delivering great customer service.
