Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team in Buckhaven. This full-time, permanent role focuses on delivering high-quality support, developing plans and promoting inclusion for people supported by the service.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, manage rotas and ensure strong communication with families and partners. A UK manual driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social care.
• Experience supervising or coordinating staff.
• Working knowledge of budgets and targets.
• Strong communication, planning and motivational skills.
• SVQ Level 3 in Care (or willingness to achieve it).
• A values-driven approach built on inclusion, respect and empowerment.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive individual to join our service in Buckhaven as a Team Leader, on a full-time (37.5hrs per week), permanent basis.

Due to the nature of this role, we can only consider applicants that hold a full UK manual driving licence.

As a Team Leader, you’ll provide first-line leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team of support staff, ensuring exceptional standards of care and practice. You’ll take an active role in shaping the quality of support provided, leading by example and creating a culture of respect, learning and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
