Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Perth is seeking a Services Manager to lead a busy care team in a full-time, permanent role. You will build relationships with stakeholders, contribute to service planning, and ensure regulatory standards are met.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to ongoing professional development within social care. Closing date and interview dates apply as stated.

Qualifications

  • 3 years management experience in care sector.
  • Track record of meeting deadlines and targets.
  • SVQ level 4 in Care / Management or relevant qualification or willingness to work towards it.
  • Experience in supporting individuals with a range of support needs.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • UK Driving licence (Desirable)

Responsibilities

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and proactive individualtojoin our team in Perth as a Services Manager on a full-time (37.5hrs per week), permanent basis.

As the Services Manager, you will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders, as well as ensuring TRFS is effectively represented within key partnership forums. You will contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements, while assisting the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning in line with the programme of continual development in both practice and policy.

To be part of our team, we’ll need you to bring:
  • 3 years Management experience in care sector

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalised and outcome-focused support to over 2800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland, making us the country's largest provider of social care. We support individuals with a variety of different needs such as physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse and autism. Some of the people we support can present challenging behavior or require a high level of personal care.
