Job summary

Nviro Ltd. in Brighton is seeking a motivated Team Leader to manage a small daytime cleaning crew on site. You will coach, train and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure smooth operations from 5am to 8am, five days a week.

This part-time contract is 15 hours per week with hourly pay rates from £14.60 to £15.60 depending on the day. Nviro offers a real living wage, inclusive benefits and opportunities for development. Early applications encouraged as we review regularly.

Job Type: Part-time, permanent.

Pay rate: from £14.60 per hour Monday to Friday, £15.10 per hour on Saturday and £15.60 per hour on Sunday.

Pay frequency: 4-weekly.

Contract: 3 hours per day, 5am to 8am, 5 days out of 7, including weekend work, 15 hours per week.

As our Team Leader you’ll be looking after a team of cleaners and making sure the cleaning operations on the site run smoothly. This involves motivating, training and managing our team of cleaners in your team.

You will be part of our team at Nviro, working closely with your manager.
