Job summary

Nviro Ltd. is seeking a cleaner to maintain two community library sites in Caterham and Warlingham.

The role offers part-time, permanent employment with shifts after 5pm and a total of 9 hours per week, contributing to clean, hygienic, and safe environments for local residents. You will join a team that values community impact and flexible working arrangements, with pay rates of £13.45 per hour on weekdays and £14.95 per hour on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience as cleaner in schools, community centres or offices is desirable.
• Ability to work across two sites and adhere to site timings.
• Reliable and punctual with good customer-service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean at two sites: Caterham Hill Library and Warlingham Community Library.
• Perform general cleaning duties: empty bins, toilets, vacuuming, wipe surfaces.
• Work 2 hours per day after 5pm on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri; 1 extra hour on Sat at Caterham Hill.

Address: This role requires working at two sites - Caterham Hill Library, Caterham, CR3 5TP and Warlingham Community Library, Warlingham, CR6 9NF.

Job Type:Part-time, permanent.

Pay rate:£13.45 per hour, Monday to Friday and £14.95 per hour on Saturday.

Pay frequency:4-weekly.

Contract: 2 hours per day, after 5pm, 1 hour at Caterham Hill Library and 1 hour at Warlingham Community Library on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, plus an additional 1 hour, after 5pm on Saturday at Caterham Hill Library only.

As one of our cleaners in Caterham and Warlingham on sites that represent the heart of the local community, you will clean during the week. Your role will be to keep the sites clean, hygienic and safe which will include emptying bins, cleaning toilets, vacuuming hallways and cleaning surfaces.

You will be part of our team at Nviro, working closely with your manager to respond to queries from the site and meet customer expectations.
