About the Role
The Accommodation & Cleaning Shift Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of cleaning operations across our resort's public areas and entertainment venues. Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, the role involves ensuring daily operational plans are executed effectively, managing team tasks and objectives, and maintaining high standards to enhance guest experience.
The manager will lead and monitor team members responsible for cleaning entertainment venues after shows, maintaining toilet facilities, moving and resetting furniture, and performing high-level cleaning with industrial equipment both indoors and outdoors.
You will support and coach your team to deliver excellent service, drive key metrics related to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) standards, and ensure operational excellence.
