Job summary

Costa Coffee in Birmingham is seeking a Team Leader to supervise daily store operations, ensure smooth shifts, and uphold Costa's service standards.

You'll train new Baristas, drive great guest experiences, and contribute to a high-performing team in a busy city location, with discount perks and progression opportunities. The role pays £13.07 per hour for a 37.5-hour week, with early start times.
