Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader in the UK. You will manage shifts, coach Baristas, and lead a small team to deliver great service and quality beverages.

You’ll be instrumental in developing people, maintaining standards, and driving customer satisfaction across store operations. This role is based on-site at a Costa store within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast paced cafe environment.
• Ability to train and accredit Baristas and new team members.
• Proactive in planning shifts and maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Create smooth shifts even in busy periods.
• Train and accredit new Baristas to uphold brand standards.
