Job summary

Home Bargains in Barnstaple is seeking a Team Leader to work alongside the management team, setting daily priorities and helping the store hit targets with confidence. You'll be hands-on on the shop floor, support your colleagues and lead by example to keep shelves stocked and standards high.

The role focuses on coaching new starters, delivering great customer service, and creating a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the way on the shop floor, coordinating with management to set daily priorities and help the team hit targets.

• Create brilliant shopping moments by guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high store standards, merchandising, compliance and safety to keep the store inviting.

Package Salary & Hours

• £32,032 FTE
• 44 hours per week
