Job summary

Norse Care's St Edmunds residential care home in Attleborough is seeking an experienced supervisor to build strong relationships with colleagues and health and social care professionals, leading the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

You will champion residents' independence with compassionate, high-quality care and support the care team to deliver person-centred plans, while demonstrating DBS readiness and commitment to training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams in health/social care settings.
• Ability to work with home managers and professionals to supervise day-to-day care.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care with DBS clearance readiness.

Job description

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

We are looking for people who passionate about supporting others by providing exemplary care and who share our core values, We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings., An enhanced DBS check will be required for our successful candidate, payment will be met by the employer.
