Team Leader (Barista Maestro) - Andover Business Park DT - 30 hours per week - permanent

What you’ll do

• Training and accrediting new Baristas

• Crafting new recipes to energise your team
• Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
