Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of jewellers and repair coordinators to meet quality, efficiency and service targets.
• Create a positive, engaging and inclusive working environment.
• Manage workloads and resources to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and coaching plans.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.
• Act as first escalation point for customer/store enquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure health, safety, security and company procedures.
