Signet Jewelers UK & Ireland is inviting skilled bench jewellers to join our Birmingham workshop and our Repairs Centre in Birmingham with design roles in Trafford and Leeds. You will work on repairs, restorations and bespoke pieces, delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a range of pieces.

Be part of a craft-led team, maintain precision finishing, and contribute to exceptional customer experiences while collaborating across workshops and design operations.

Qualifications

• Jewellery bench skills gained through employment, apprenticeship, training or formal qualifications.
• Experience in repairs, stone setting, manufacturing, polishing, assembly or bespoke production is advantageous.
• Passion for jewellery and commitment to quality workmanship.

The Opportunity

As part of one of our specialist jewellery workshops, you'll work alongside highly skilled jewellery professionals, using your technical expertise and craftsmanship to deliver exceptional results.

No two days are the same. You'll work on a wide variety of pieces, from restoring sentimental jewellery and carrying out intricate repairs, to crafting and refining beautifully designed jewellery that helps mark life's most meaningful occasions.

• Support the management team in maintaining the security and control of customer jewellery
• Contribute to efficient workflow and operational performance
• Help create an exceptional customer experience through the quality of your craftsmanship and attention to detail

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from candidates with jewellery bench skills gained through employment, apprenticeship, training, or formal jewellery qualifications. Experience in jewellery repairs, stone setting, manufacturing, polishing, assembly, or bespoke jewellery production would be advantageous.

Most importantly, you'll have a passion for jewellery, pride in your workmanship, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
