NHS Grampian is seeking a dynamic Health Visitor or School Nurse to lead the Kincardine and Mearns Health Visiting and School Nursing team. The post offers leadership over clinical care, staff development, and service improvement to reduce health inequalities for children and families.

Base location is to be determined, with a focus on trauma-informed, child-centred care and close collaboration with partners across the locality.

Competenze

• Registered nurse with Health Visiting/Public Health qualification.
• Postgraduate study toward Master’s degree.
• Experience in team management and supervision.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

• Provide strong clinical leadership and operational oversight.
• Support staff development and service improvement.
• Implement the Health Visiting Action Plan 2025-2035 and the 10 Priority Pathways for School Nursing.
