Job summary
Eliot Community Human Services in the United States is seeking a Team Lead for its CSP-HI within the Homelessness Services Division. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a related field with supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license; clinical licensure is preferred.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or related field.
- At least two years direct experience with underserved populations and one year of managerial experience.
- Ability to identify and access community resources.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clinical license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight of CSP-HI Services including program growth/expansion.
- Provide onboarding support and training to new hires related to policies, procedures and best practices.
- Provide real-time guidance, consultation and consistent weekly supervision to Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches.
- Provide comprehensive assessment and triage of incoming CSP-HI referrals.
- Liaise with internal/external partners regarding service needs and risk.
