Qualifications

Strong hands-on expertise in modern C++ (C++17 or later).
Proven experience building native C++ apps on Linux.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or similar.
Solid Linux development and debugging skills (GCC/Clang, GDB, CMake).
Demonstrated technical leadership of software teams.
Commitment to automated testing and reliable production delivery.

Responsibilities

Own engineering delivery across the full SDLC from design to production support.
Provide hands-on leadership and set high code quality standards.
Lead technical decisions and code reviews, identifying architectural risks.
Establish automated testing and release practices for predictable delivery.
Drive reduction of technical debt and operational risk.
Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
