Job summary

Enable is seeking a Team Facilitator to join the North East Services team, based in Dundee. You will lead a team of Personal Assistants, deliver person-centred support and supervise performance, rostering and safeguarding across services.

You will collaborate with the Service Manager, manage on-call duties, ensure high-quality care, maintain GDPR compliance, and build strong partnerships with families and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
• Experience in using person-centred planning techniques.
• Strong facilitation skills to lead staff teams.
• Effective communication with people we support, families and external professionals.
• Creating and delivering service designs, support strategies and risk assessments, while managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Conduct regular supervisions, observations and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff.
• Manage attendance, absence and staff wellbeing.
• Promote positive communication and effective team working.
