Enable is seeking a Team Facilitator to join the North East Services team, based in Dundee. You will lead a team of Personal Assistants, deliver person-centred support and supervise performance, rostering and safeguarding across services.
You will collaborate with the Service Manager, manage on-call duties, ensure high-quality care, maintain GDPR compliance, and build strong partnerships with families and external professionals.

As Team Facilitator in our North East team, you will work closely with the Service Manager to lead and support a team of Personal Assistants to deliver safe, effective and person-centred support.
