Job summary

1st Homecare is seeking a Team Coordinator for our Glasgow-based services. You will lead and support staff across multiple services, manage rotas, audits, and risk assessments, and ensure our person-centered care model is embedded throughout the service.

You will liaise with social workers and families to secure the best outcomes and may deputise for the Service Manager. Desirable SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and 1+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff to deliver person-centred care.

• Supervise, mentor and develop Support Workers; undertake appraisals.
• Liaise with social workers, families and external agencies to achieve best outcomes.
• Deputise for the Service Manager when required; participate in on-call duties.
