As a legal team assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  2. Managing and organising the team's schedule, meetings, and appointments.
  3. Handling confidential documents with proper storage and management.
  4. Liaising with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the team.
  5. Assisting in preparing reports and presentations.
  6. Ensuring smooth departmental operations.
  7. Troubleshooting minor IT issues within the department.
  8. Coordinating communication between departments.
  9. Restocking office supplies.
  10. Coordinating events and lunches.
