We are looking for an experienced team assistant to support the Legal team within M&G plc, providing diary management to the Legal Directors (x2) for the Asset Management and Life businesses and secretarial and administrative support to the wider Legal team. The role is a fixed term contract (maternity cover).

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the diaries of the Legal Director (Asset Management) and Legal Director (Life), organising and supporting team meetings and events and expense and invoice management for the Legal team.
• Support the Legal Directors on a day to day basis with diaries, meeting requests and organising complex meetings where required.
• Liaising with stakeholders regarding meetings/information requests, as required.
• Travel management for Legal Directors.
• Invoice and expenses management.
• New joiner/access requests as and when needed.
• Keep up with companywide communications to keep the team informed of events, announcements and company developments.
• Collate and distribute agenda for fortnightly team meetings.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience;

Essential

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or PA role which includes diary management at a senior level.
• Excellent IT skills particularly with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
