Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Team Assistant to join our Telecoms Division at M Group Services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support our team with day-to-day tasks. You will handle emails, schedule meetings, and keep records up to date. You will also help with reports and make sure everything runs smoothly.

You will need good communication skills and confidence using computers. If you can work well under pressure and manage your time well, this could be the perfect role for you.

You will be part of a friendly team where your work will make a real difference. We offer training and opportunities to grow within the company

What youll bring?

We need you to have relevant experience providing senior-level administrative and secretarial support, along with GCSEs in English and Maths. You should be adept at handling confidential information, managing your workload, and maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone manner, and document presentation skills are essential. You should be organised, a proactive team player, able to multitask and work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
