Bury Council is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Adviser Business Improvement to join our Corporate Collection and Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enhancing service delivery and supporting the Council’s Let’s 2030 Strategy.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for the administration of services such as Council Tax, Housing Benefits, Business Rates, and Accounts Payable and Receivable. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of services provided to residents, tenants, suppliers, and businesses.
You will be based at the Council Offices at 6 Knowsley Place.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week.
