The Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) and Early Detection and Intervention Team (EDIT) are seeking a Team Administrator to join their multidisciplinary service in Swinton. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) supports smooth day-to-day operations, acts as a key contact for service users, families and partners, and helps ensure high-quality, responsive care across EIP and EDIT pathways.

Competenze

• Provide administrative support across the EIP and EDIT pathways.
• Manage appointments and minute-taking for the team.
• Maintain clinical systems and referrals to support service delivery.
• Liaise with service users, carers, clinicians and partner organisations to ensure timely access to care.

• Book appointments using the PARIS system and coordinate scheduling.
• Take and circulate meeting minutes and maintain accurate service records.
• Support the coordination of service delivery and office operations.
• Assist with stock, room bookings and other administrative tasks as required.
